By using tbbaji's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore in your best interest to read this entire document carefully before creating an account for the first time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between tbbaji and its members, and should be read alongside tbbaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Tbbaji serves residents of Bangladesh and certain other countries. Using tbbaji from a country where online gaming is legally prohibited may expose the member to legal risk. tbbaji accepts no responsibility in such cases.

To open an account with tbbaji, you must meet the following requirements:

• Utility bill or bank statement for address verification

Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. The verification process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Deposit

Deposits at tbbaji can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• After claiming a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The wagering multiplier is specified individually for each bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
• A bonus may only be used on the game for which it was offered.
• Withdrawals from a bonus balance are subject to a maximum cap, which is specified individually for each bonus.

Bonus Abuse

Misusing tbbaji's bonus system may result in account closure. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Low-risk wagering abuse to meet wagering requirements
• Attempting to complete bonus wagering through hedge betting

Sports Betting

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server or technical issue, tbbaji will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter fairly. However, tbbaji's decision in such circumstances shall be final.

If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or any other reason, the last recorded state of the member's account at that point in time will generally be used as the basis for resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbbaji. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud, hack, or manipulate the system through software exploits or other means.
• Money Laundering: Using the tbbaji platform for money laundering purposes.
• Gaming on Behalf of a Minor: Gaming on behalf of or involving minors.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Third-Party Software: Use of automated betting bots or unauthorized software.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling or sharing your account with another person.

Tbbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation
• If you register using false or incomplete information
• In the event of a failed KYC verification or failure to provide verification
• If you are found to be involved in suspicious or unethical activity
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Account Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to voluntarily close their account must notify our support team via email. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing the account. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

Tbbaji may charge an account maintenance fee for inactive accounts. The fee amount and conditions will be communicated at the time of registration.
